1. Preparation, coordination and physical implementation of technological line start-ups in cooperation with the PMP Group Start-Up Team and the Customer. 协同PMP集团开机团队及客户进行设备开机所需的准备、协调和现场实施工作。

2. Organization of trainings for operators conducted by Designers during final acceptance of installations at the mill. 纸厂最终安装验收期间，组织设计工程师对操作员进行培训。

3. Optimization of the technological line work in order to obtain from the Customer the Delivery Acceptance Protocol and the Protocol of Completion of Technological Guarantees. 与客户签订交货验收协议以及性能验收协议前的整线设备优化工作。

4. Collecting and reporting to the Application Department the process settings of the technological processes run, along with an assessment of their impact on the operation of the installation and the quality of the paper produced. 收集设备运行工艺的各项参数，其对设备运行效果和纸品质量的影响评估，并向应用部门汇报，

5. Collection and forwarding to the Engineering Department of modifications and changes made during commissioning and optimization in relation to the originally supplied equipment. 收集调试和优化期间原供货设备的各项修改和变更信息，并递交给技术工程部。

TASKS to be COMPLETED – SUPPORTING支持性岗位职责

1. Conducting audits of technological lines ordered by an External Customer and / or Sales Department 应外部客户或销售部门要求对设备线进行核查。

2. Running the Technological Service for existing technological lines on behalf of the Service Department. 代表服务部门对现有设备线进行技术服务。

COMPETENCES – SUBSTANTIVE任职要求

1. Knowledge of the paper production process, experience from the paper industry. 熟悉造纸生产工艺，有造纸行业经验。

2. Knowledge of the operation of machine-related systems. 熟悉纸机辅助系统的运行。

3. Experience in starting up technological lines. 具备开机经验。

4. Ability to read technical drawings and use P&ID diagrams. 能够看懂技术图纸及工艺流程图。

5. Fluent command of spoken and written English. Desired command of the Russian language. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

6. Ability to work with MS Office 365. 能够使用Office办公软件
